Cant play DE here imo...but kid may be able to be a Mike Backer. His 40 aint too bad...he isnt really stiff. I would ask his coaches to play him off the ball in the spring or get him to camp and see how he moves
 
He had a phenomenal Junior season with 88tcks 41TFL's & 13 sacks.

Has great arm length & physical frame LB that diagnoses very well & is a complete disruptive force in the backfield.

Very good short area explosion, definitely not a blazer but makes up for what he lacks in straight line speed with high football IQ & is a violent aggressive tackling machine. Can play either Sam Back or Mike Backer, is primarily being recruiter as an Inside LB.

His best offers are OK St, Louisiana & Houston, but he's a sleeper kid that will rise throughout the summer.
 
Good instincts and aggression. Needs to work on his speed and quickness but a solid prospect.

Is he like Flagg?
 
Ivins spoke with him recently. He's been talking to Blake Baker for a year - since this time last year. Would like to get to Miami to visit this spring and come back for a camp in the summer. Currently has no offer from LSU but does have some contact with them and is planning a visit there on March 7th. Also visiting TCU in March. Seems pretty interested in Miami - knows about Greg Rousseau.

Also wants to get to Bama. This kid will probably rise in the rankings over his senior year and likely ends up top 300. True ILB. Would be a fine pull but will be tough.
