I'm in the same dilemma. Trying to figure if there is shade in section 149. That's the UM side correct?

Looking at the webcam, you can get an idea of the shaded areas. Home side looks like it will be good, even for noon games.

I did. The webcam was taken at 530pm and it was great on the UM side but as you said my concern is the 12pm games. **** is for the birds.

The stadium endzone are east and west. so, if you sit on the southside you are guaranteed shade from sept to dec as the sun drifts to the South more and more every month.

believe the north sideline stands are what are shown most on TV and that is the side that will have the sun beating down on it all game.

North side is the visitor's sideline. The first 20 rows or so are screwed as far as shade goes for afternoon games.

I have seen a shade study done showing the sun for times and month of the year but have not been unable to find it lately. It is helpful in selecting seats. The good news is no nooners early this year. With any luck we won't have many in the future as the team improved. BTW I'm in 118. After mid October the angle of the sun reduces the heat and time.

I know there is huge price difference, but I can't believe Dolphins didn't go with dome and AC. When they played in the rain, maybe, but now they stop everything at sign of lightning. Of course it is easy to complain when you don't write the checks -- see any politician.

Along, with the extra costs, I'm going to assume they wouldn't have been able to complete the job in only one off season. With no other capable facility within 200 miles of Sunlife, the Dolphins and Hurricanes would have had to play every game on the road.
