Evan McKendry is proving to once again be a star on our pitching staff. He just wiggled out of a 5th inning jam after an error and a double to keep the Miami lead at 1-0.

A pitcher who had 13 walks on the season has only surrendered a couple to Miami's free swinging group and they have only scored their run due to a HR by freshman Willie Escala.

Just win baby.

We had better pick up another run or two, as Cabezas has been very shaky lately. His lack of control doesn't instill a lot of confidence.
