NCAA suspends rule changes for non-coach recruiters

I think this is a significant development, particularly, like Gcane mentioned, for Alabama. Their recent hiring spree, getting coaches to take titles far below their current ones (though for more money), was obviously in preparation for this.
 
i have no clue why you guys think Alabama is going to not use those "administrators" to not recruit?

They will send them out to recruit.. whats the NCAA going to do? investigate an SEC schoo? HAH!
 
This rule like random drug testing does not apply to Alabama and the rest of the SEC
 
I hope it sticks, I think this was a bad idea in the first place. While the Keefs of the recruiting world probably would have loved to hear from a staff 25 times a day I doubt the majority of highly recruited prospects would have appreciated it. Then again it has been a while since I was a teenager so I could be wrong.
