"The offense scores too quickly, doesn't give the defense time to rest"

He actually said that this caused the tired defense to give up a 3rd down and it really "broke our back".

Here's a thought, if you want your defense to rest, get them off the field. Don't go into Prevent D on 3rd and 1

Lol the fans were using it in 2012. Losers I tell you. U get 3 downs to stop the opponent, how about u do that every time. Smh.

Been saying it for two years. James Coley can't consistently put together long drives and its a major issue. The opening drive in Lincoln was awesome but rely on the chunk plays way too much.

Not sure if serious.

It shouldn't be a foreign concept, the other defense does it to our offense almost the whole game...

More bull**** excuses. Even if he's a defensive coach (LOL) he should have an offensive philosophy that suits his defensive system. He hired Coley to run this offense and in the end it's still his fault even if what he's saying is a valid excuse (it's not).

Yes it would be nice if the offense could put together a long drive when we are trying to protect a lead late in the game, but I don't think the offense scoring too fast is the reason the defense can't get off the field in the 1st quarter.

which part is inaccurate?

I won't even hit you with what the 2001 team did...cause i'm tired of talking about those guys. Look at the average time of possession for the 2005 team, our defense wasn't a problem then and it shouldn't be a problem now.

Wow, u are not trolling lol... So you basically want the first down chains to move, but dont score on an explosive play/drive? Am i confused?

Excuses again. Getting real old with this dude. That was far from any problems we had in that game, the defensive struggles were early on.

The difference between the 2001 team and James Coley is that 2001 was actually able to sustain a drive if they wanted to or if it was necessary. James Coley hasn't done much to prove that he can put together drives at will.

the difference is that Golden and dorito are "Uncle ****ers" like Terrance And Phillip from South Park.

I'd say the difference in 17 first round NFL draft picks. Regardless, what the **** does this have to do with letting the other team rush for 300+ yards...AGAIN!!!
