My AD suggestion…

Terry mohajir UFC’s new ad is my first call. Baylor guy is my 2nd. Personally id stay far away from Jesse marks. He’s an empty suit another Blake. Part of why we’re in this mess is the Hecht office politics. We need someone far removed from our bot! Highsmith isn’t as bad a choice as some think, nfl experience means agent contacts across diff sports!

Mohajir isn't leaving UCF for Miami. One, he just go there and two, instrumental in aiding UCF move to the B12. Rhoades at Baylor would be a solid choice. And he's ****ed about the whole B12 fiasco calling out Texas and the Commish. The dude is opinionated and has been an AD for many years. Not sure the soft *** BOT members at UM would like him though...would probably hurt feelings down at the Gables.

So you know these gentlemen personally to know they arent the empty suit Flake is?

No AD in the country is the empty suit Blake is. The Diaz hiring debacle without even trying to look at other coaches proved that. The guy should be dragged off campus and slapped with a restraining order yesterday.
 
If a combo of Gino and/or Zo isn't the only answer because its the quickest one to implement, then I would say purge literally everything from Baylor's offices. I havent looked at anything baseball related since we hired the tomato* its early seller's son...but I do know Baylor is routinely competitive in basketball as well.

Do you mean like them winning the NCAA D1 championship last year? Haha, I kid... seems like a fantastic hire if we could pull it off

Ian McCaw should be UM’s next AD.

He built a powerhouse athletics program at Baylor from 2003-2016 and he hired Hugh Freeze at his current AD position at Liberty.

Why is he at Liberty? Did he get fired for the football scandal?
