If we are going to give every INEXPERIENCED Coach we hire (minus Richt), three to five years to get it right, four coaches, puts us at 20 years. 20 years of losses. 20 years behind. No time to waste anymore,. Get an experience Turnaround Specialist. His name is Butch Davis. He did it at Miami, had success at UNC,, and really did it big with JJ in Dallas.

Your head coach espoused rebuild. No argument from any of the fans about that. Just get the right Turnaround Specialist to do it. Butch Davis!

Yeaaaaa more threads about a 80-50 head coach who has exactly 1 big east title and nothing else to show for it. Greatest teams ever assembled at two schools and only 1 conference title to show. Definition of corch by CIS standards
 
Blake is part of the problem...him being gone is part of the turn around...greatest assembly of talent at your door step and this is what we are over the past 15 years. A great coach turns us around immediately. Richt was almost there. Just didn’t have that killer in him. Above average coach but not elite!
