I am one of Manny's biggest critics. I thought and still think that the program botched the search after Mark Richts retirement. I don't believe that Manny has what it takes to take this program to the next level. But...it is an irrefutable fact that that this program has momentum following the FSU win and the subsequent firing of the most beloved FSU coach in the history of the rivalry Willie Taggart. There is a chance that we can poach their best recruits. Manny has bought himself some breathing room. If he can hold this incoming class together steal some recruits and land a few premiere prospect he will have righted the ship. I will continue to doubt him but I have to give credit where credit is due for now. He saved his job over the last few weeks. The players have not quit on him.

Florida guard Bleich enters transfer portal

Chris Bleich, who started for Florida at guard for eight games before losing his spot in the lineup, has entered the transfer portal, offensive line coach John Hevesy confirmed Tuesday.

There's nothing I'd like better than to be sitting here this time next year at 9-0 apologizing for ever doubting Manny.

That's unlikely to happen, but it would be nice. Right now, I just want to beat Louisville.
