Momentum Starter (Comeback/Beating FSU...)

Does anyone else seeing this comeback against FSU igniting/lighting a fire under this team's *** to play better the rest of the season? Lets be honest, first half against FSU and LSU we played like DOG****.

Miami -6 and Miami ML -235 vs Virginia

Naw mate most here are calling for a close game versus UVA thanks to a letdown, injuries/still hurting from playing FSU. This game is at night, on the road, and in prime time. That’s usually when the Canes show their best, and lay it all out for the W. I think we’ll start off slow as that seems to be our mantra this season. But I think by midway thru the 2nd quarter that we’ll have the game in hand. Meaning a lead, and enforcing our will upon the Cavaliers. They have a very young DL - watch or us to run and run some more in this affair, wearing them down for some big plays come the 2nd half. By then we should open up a double digit lead on our way to winning this one by 17pts. Book it
 
I hope you're right...but last year's comeback win over FSU didn't exactly light fires under any ****s for the rest of the season...
 
Not really. Our problem isn't motivation and effort. It's horrendous special teams, poor oline, and bland predictable play calling. Our oline may improve but the other two are here to stay for the season. It is what it is.
 
any coach worth anything can see you play conservative against Miami and let us implode, we reallly get going when we get leads because teams have to take more risks, we'll see if we can get out in front early in this one

Yep because Richt is gonna start the game conservative for us every time. I read somewhere that out of our first 21 plays 15 were runs. Thats pretty much gonna be out MO all season.
