Mullen can't coach that team because those kids know he tried to get the Miami job for the 2nd time. They don't trust him, and won't play for him.

Just a matter of time before they part company. But it's not because the guy can't coach ... It's because they know he's not "all in" with them.

That's the issue with going after a job, and not getting it, IMO.
