Interesting move...not sure he is the guy to get them over that 9 win plateau.

But, if they want to be better in big games, he does have a number of upsets on his resume. And by all accounts, his players always love him.
 
That's one of those guys who said he'd have to be kicked out of Oregon State and that he'd never leave voluntarily. He's been struggling there lately so maybe they were happy to help him pack his bags.
 
nebraska fans are ****ed and oregon state fans are pretty happy about it because he hasn't done a **** thing the last 3 years. $10 million buyout too. nebraska ****ed up.

Riley went to HS in Corvallis. Local kid. Surprised he left in 99 to take the Chargers head job. Erickson replaced him and won big, beat ND 41-7 in the Fiesta Bowl. Erickson left for another NFL job in San Francisco, maybe he gets shot to return to OSU.
 
Shawn Eichorst, he screwed Miami being signing Golden long term based off of nothing and now he's ******** Nebraska. Gotta love the guy's "insight" for running a prestigious football program.

Somehow, he will be rewarded for his ineptitude and anti-social behavior with a better job at another school.
 
I had no idea he was 61. **** Neb why overpay for an old guy who hasn't really accomplished anything
