Magic is that you?

Good for them. It won’t matter tho. They ain’t winning ****.

Not sure y ppl think money just buys chips. Does it help? Absolutely, but u still need a great infrastructure that’s committed to winning, & traditional powers r still the ones that’s hoarding the top talent b/c of brand recognition. All the massive donations have done is now allow smaller market teams to sniff the table, but regardless of the sport, the traditional powers since NIL r the ones that’s continuing to win at an astronomical rate.

So good for MSU to now be able to sniff the table

Good for MSU, but Texas Tech shows the new model is effective.

Btw, did Oklahoma State just run through all that T. Boone Pickens dough?

Another great example. U also had Arkansas w the Walton’s money & I know for a fact they cut bread b/c my little niece is a double grad from there & she saw 1st hand their influence along w Tyson Foods.

There’s levels to this & ppl see “big contributions” & automatically think “new blue blood.”

It's not all going to Football.

This will be more beneficial to Tom Izzo than anyone at Mich ST.

But it should help their Football program get back to being competitive.

The goal for every program believe it or not, is not necessarily winning a National championship. For Mich ST, I would imagine their primary Goals is to be able to beat Cheatagain & not be blown out by OH ST.

Pat Fitzgerald is a good Coach & they're giving him the resources necessary to build them up.

They also announced a billion dollar renovation project to modernize Spartan Stadium and other facilities.
