Apparently people on here don't follow college football. You blatantly criticize refs after game, you're guaranteed a fine. Doesn't matter whether you agree with it or not. It's just a fact. It will happen every time. Pay attention people.
I dont think the response from many is due to surprise that fines like this exist.
Power structures are interesting. They are typically set up in a fashion that allow those with the most power (game officials, coaches, world leaders etc) to avoid criticism, punish criticizers, and minimize their level of responsibility. All while imposing more responsibility, criticism and "rules" onto those with less power.
