You want to be depressed? Check out and compare these two staffs.

Michigan Football Staff

VS

Miami Football Staff

I'm not trying to be negative but how on gods green earth can the University of Miami Staff even be considered FBS material? Our resumes stack up like a **** Texas High School team from an experience standpoint. Night and day VS. a Jim Harbaugh's hand picked staff. Just an observation.

That's an interesting difference.

One (three?) thing(s) that stood out to me are the "Quality Control Analysts"? Obviously, they're not doing their job.

Poor Jedd Fisch. Can't believe he thought going to Jville was a good idea. Poor judgment.

That's an insult to a lot of Texas HS Football Staffs

A lot of good NFL backgrounds for most of Michigan's coaches.

Their OL coach helped build the OL that led the 49ers to the SB and 2400 yards in the regular season.
Their ST coach has a knack for setting his players up for success anywhere he goes; 49 blocked kicks from 2002-2009
Fisch has a lengthy background and gave us the best offense I've seen in some time.
Durkin had lockdown defenses at UF

He probably watched Al coaching and thought, the Jags would be better than this....

He was a brilliant hire for Hasbro.

As long as Fisch is there those QB's will be playing at a high level.

As long as Fisch doesn't have say in who they recruit at the QB position he will be a great hire. He left us with nothing at the QB position here. His offense was good and he was a good QB coach but terrible at evaluating talent (small sample size I know but horrible).

My dad is a die hard niner fan...so i have seen Harbaugh crack under pressure just like Al. That is why he was ran out the other Bay area. Hes a Splash guy. A lotta rah rah.... But when the game is on the line

You get what you pay for?

I would reword that to say you rarely get more than you pay for. Either way, it comes down to what you're willing to pay. We're not likely to have big success going cheap. Paying top dollar doesn't guarantee success, but it sure swings the odds in your favor.

The major reason he was out was personality clashes with the owner. It became a toxic thing. This was reported by the morts, claytons of the world last year.

Huh? Leaving UM where he was working for a garbage coach for a pro team as OC? You take that job 10 times out of 10.

Michigan is going to be a 9-10 win team again very soon.

Michigan lost to a very good Utah team and handled BYU like a good team should.
Meanwhile we wait for an impending collapse from our Canes and a coaching staff that shouldn't be here

Tons of money and no sanctions

Miami should have plenty of money after reading the money myth thread, and a few less scholarships are not really crippling sanctions.
Miamis Administration and BOT is the real problem

What's the thread called or can you provide a link. I was gone for a while, so I haven't read it. I've been saying that when the one thing that everyone brags about your school president is her ability to raise money, the "we're a small private schoo"l excuse is no longer relevant.

I know they clashed but if he didn't drop Key games with questionable decisions... They passively have 2 rings

Michigan is an int return for TD against a top ten team away from being undefeated thru 4 games of a difficult schedule

Meanwhile in Miami. .....

It's in the archive as " the money myth"
It was written in the off season and had a lot of good info in it

Was just about to mention this.

Allowed 24 points and 300+ yards to a good Utah team but has since then surrendered an average of 4 1/3 points in their last 3 games and has held each team under 250 total yards while averaging 31 points and 409 yards.
