A (5) gallon bucket of paint is close to 50 pounds, like (3) of those on each arm for 6 reps.

for a high school kid to do that and in total control and destroyed it dumping it aside.

His bench is over 400 now

He’s a huge take

That’s Kevin Feagan type stuff
