Appears the frontrunners for this year's Hyundai Sun Bowl are USC from the Pac-12 and Miami from the ACC. Announcement coming Sunday.

Thoughts???

Kessler is good but I don't think helton is anything to be worried about in terms of gameday prep

Our OL against 3 deeply experienced DL from USC - one of whom is Delvon Simmons.

Interesting match-up. They run a pro-style offense. Lots of two back/ two TE sets. Defense is susceptible to the run. (IDK about MIAMI's O-line though) Special Teams play may be the difference. KR/PR Adoree Jackson is a big problem.

Their defense is worse than ours. They give up a ton of yardage and points. I watch their games all the time and players run wide open through their defense

Better then playing utah. However, I thought usually bowls don't like putting teams in bowls they played year before. With utah probably going to las vegas bowl, were they played last year, wouldn't that mean sun bowl will pick utah over usc

Cincinatti's defense is worse than both. How did some of their DL look in our game?

Just saying, USC's problems on defense are like the Us but about 2x worse

Different USC, I believe. OP's post says USC from the PAC-12. In other words, Southern Cal, not South Carolina.

Got it. I made a statement about the OL/DL matchup. We'll see what happens.
