Watching this on YouTube. Decent watch in the background if you’re working on a project or just need a laugh.

What a game. Both these teams were real bad. We wasted a ton of talent.

Ponder was over rated and absolute ***. I knew it then, and I see it watching again. FSU for years have been bailed out by 6 yard pickup qbs.

I miss the pro set. Something about it.

Eric Moncur was the og 6 year dude

Sean Spence was an animal. Dude is in on EVERY PLAY.

Jacory should have been the starter from day 1. What a mismanagement by Shannon. Our oline wasn’t even bad.

Travis Benjamin is an under rated gem

Pat Nix, man, talk about fake it til ya make it and ride it til ya can’t.

Robert Marve was 5/14 20 yards 1 int with 8 left in the 3rd quarter

Preston Parker, and me living in Panama City, we used to hear story’s about him every week being asleep in the Wendy’s drive thru and getting jumped at bonfires, etc. if you only watched on Saturdays and didn’t keep up, you’d never know. Electric player.

They don’t make em like Bosher anymore

Idk why Laron Byrd never became great. He wore 47. Cmon.

Who was the dc here? Bill young? He was dialing it up in the 2nd half.

**** antone ***** *** smith and anybody ever named easterling

God that team sucked. But FSU was dog**** too so we were hoping for the win.

Most rain I’ve ever seen at a game. We almost pulled off the comeback. Remember that Travis Benjamin had a day, same with Cooper.

I miss having LB’s like Spence, Perryman, Shaq.

Byrd got shafted his senior year. Golden probably hated him. He barely played. Bosher and Lou are my two favorite punters to come through Miami. Both are dudes.

I was there. Stayed till the end and got drenched. I remember having a good time despite the weather and the loss. But ****- looking back on that time, I had no idea how bad things were (or were about to become).

Me too. That rain at the end and in the parking lot was biblical. It honestly was knee-high in spots in the grass, I remember seeing wasted people essentially body surfing in it and thinking, my god, the AIDS you now have hasn't even been scientifically identified yet.

The game ended 41-39 but it was never that close, or at least I never really thought we were going to win. I believe they went up 24-0 early.

That team sucked so bad, though. We all thought maybe we were headed in the right direction because we went 7-5 in the regular season, after going 5-7 the year before and losing by a million in the last game at the OB, but we sucked. That stretch in midseason where we kept eking out wins over awful teams, I think we beat UCF for Christ's sake by less than a TD, needed OT to beat UVA, that Wake game that year was so ungodly pathetic.

What an era. The Randy years.

As bad as that game was and it was bad, I think the worse Miami/FSU game was the one the year before. Even the announcers low key said how insignificant it was. But hey, Miami won due to the heroics of Kirby Freeman🤣

We started so bad we made an injured freshman (Gavin Hardin or something?) cry on the sidelines begging his teammates to wake up and stop getting embarrassed. It worked I guess because we came back and almost won.

RIP my old ****** cell phone in that rain.
