Not only did Butch put together the best college football team of all time, he put together some of the best assistant coaches of all time. Three went on to become head football coaches in the NFL. Butch also help to recruit for Jimmy Johnson as a assistant coach at UM building those great teams he was the defensive cordinator for two Super Bowl winning teams which both had some great defensive teams. If UM did not get ****ed in 2000 out the National Championship game we all know UM would have smoked Oklahoma in that title game. Butch came in during the probation years minus 33 scholarships. Started with nothing and built it.
