The Miami Hurricanes football coaching staff are showing their 'South Florida Love' for one of the nation's best offensive tackles in the country.

Antijuan Wilkes out of Detroit (Mich.) Cass Technical High School showed the love on Twitter, as the Hurricanes staff sent out numerous letters to the 6-foot-5, 250-pound product.



According to the 247Sports Composite Rankings, he is currently viewed as a five-star prospect. The highly rated lineman is also ranked as the nation's No. 2 best player at his position, No. 28 in the nation, and No. 2 in the state of Michigan.

Wilkes currently holds a total of 39 offers: Miami, Alabama, California, Arizona State, Auburn, Florida, Georgia Tech, Kansas, Illinois, among other schools. He recently released his top-12 schools: Miami, Georgia, Michigan State, Michigan, Ohio State, Florida, LSU, Missouri, Tennessee, Oregon, Texas A&M, and Alabama.

According to the On3 Recruiting Machine, the Michigan Wolverines currently have an advantage in his recruitment.

Miami currently only has one commitment in the 2028 class (Knox Annis). Adding someone like Wilkes will add another big-time offensive linemen for Mario Cristobal to start off the 2028 class.

He has a year and a half to gain weight. My guess is he’s 285-290 when he enrolls at a college. College nutrition and a cycle of Deca and he will be fine.

Thats easy, he can have elite frame and traits like crazy bend and movement skills that scouts see and say that kid is cant miss and just needs to fill out.. It happens..
