Miami Hurricanes football head coach Mario Cristobal is having another great offseason after landing top-250 prospect in the country Andre Hyppolite.
With the addition of Andre to the class, Miami now has two committed prospects in the safety room -- joining four-star safety Jaylyn Jones. After he had his moment to announce on social media that he will verbally committed to Miami, it did not take long for Hurricanes commit Jaylyn Jones to welcome him to Miami:
Jones quoted his commitment post: "Say less," quoted Jones.
The tweet was short and straight to the point. They're ready to work.
Both of the committed prospects are among the top safeties in the 2027 recruiting class. The Hurricanes are likely done recruiting safeties after landing a dynamic duo in the two.
According to the 247Sports Composite Rankings, Andre is ranked as the nation's No. 15 safety, and the No. 217 player overall. Miami now currently holds a total of 19 commitments after the addition of Andre. The Hurricanes are currently ranked as the No. 2 recruiting class in the 2027 cycle.
