Coming off a blowout win over the NC State Wolfpack on Saturday, Miami heads into Week 13 as an overwhelming favorite for its upcoming Saturday noon matchup.

According to FanDuel, Miami has opened as a 17.5-point favorite to beat Virginia Tech next weekend in Blacksburg. The over/under is set at 48.5 points. Kickoff between the Hurricanes and Hokies is scheduled for Saturday, Nov, 22 at 12:00 p.m. EST at Lane Stadium on ESPN.

We better cover. They lost their last 2 games to FSU by 20 and Louisville by 22.

They are 117th in passing yards per game, 100th in ppg and 109th in opponent ppg.

The only thing they have going for them is that they are 34th in rush yards per game. Which is perfect for us seeing as our run D is 3rd.

Mario needs to embarrass them to pass the committee's arbitrary eye test. Their roster is going to be torn down and their coaching staff is being fired. There's nobody there to offend by running it up.

Miami is 6-4-0 against the spread so far this season, with Bethune-Cookman, Syracuse, SMU, and Louisville being the teams that the Hurricanes failed to cover against.

ESPN Analytics also heavily favors Miami over Virginia Tech, giving the Hurricanes a 90.2 percent chance to win.
