Not bad, if not great.

One might be concerned about Elder's lack of Head SC experience (4 years a 2 tiny colleges), but having a 20-yr master SC coach with you probably helps that quite a bit.

Hard to really know how to react, and so only time will tell.

I assume the reason Thomas is not the guy is workload, he's coming her to be semi retired. Meaning he's going to be a mentor and 40 hour a week guy.

Gonna be a hard sell for the Swasey lovers. Anyone is better than that clown but these guys are meh. What happened to Pat Ivey?

Felder is big into cross fit so he's doing a lot of lifts that you think of when you are doing to HATCH program, but they are done at low weight high rep and high weight low rep.

When you think of HIT you typically think of using nautilus machines.

I think you see Felder implement a lot of crossfit type stuff and Johnson has done both in his career. I think they adjust the types of lifts for each individual person based on what position and their need. They also both came from working with a HATCH guy in Hocke last year so they know what it is and it's also whatever Richt wants, not what these guys did at previous jobs.

Crossfit workouts for athletes is great imo. I played baseball 1 year at Tennessee Tech as a grad transfer and I was faster, stronger, better than I've ever been and we did crossfit. Rich Froning was also our asst S&C coach

Not overly excited about this hire, but I'm optimistic these guys will get the job done and our boys will look like football players again.
