Miami Hurricanes Mario Cristobal's MISSION in 2023 SIAP

In my opinion, Big Manny is looking to manhandle "lesser" opponents this campaign.

If we listen to what he has been saying since he arrived, his milestones for this year don't align with alot of porster's wishlist for this year.
Middle Tennessee State, you are boys in a man's world, and we are men who love to play with boys!

EDIT: And before anyone calls the Feds on me, it's a Kurt Angle reference, not a Penn State reference.

I’d like to see the teams in the top 15 of blue chip ratio ranked based on average player rating.
This is only for reference to get an idea of the kind of movement we might expect in that comparison. Here is 2022, so not exact, but for reference until 247 puts out their "Team Talent" list for 2023 to go along with the blue chip ratio list for 2023:

and here is the list of 2022 top 15 blue chip rosters by average rating (Team Talent):

1) Bama (94.48) (-)
2) Georgia (93.37) (+1)
3) Ohio state (92.82) (-1)
4) Texas A&M (91.85) (+1)
5) Clemson (91.15) (+3)
6) Texas (90.80) (-)
7) Notre Dame (90.64) (+2)
8) Oklahoma (90.60) (-4)
9) LSU (90.55) (-2)
10) Oregon (90.54) (+1)
11) Michigan (90.16) (-)
12) Penn State (90.10) (+1)
13) Miami (89.68) (+1)
14) Florida (89.43) (-4)
15) Auburn (88.18) (-)

- 4 of the top 5 are the same, Oklahoma seems to have high volume low average in that group
- 3 of the middle 5 are the same, with Oklahoma dropping in, Florida dropping out, clemson climbing out, and Oregon climbing in
- 4 of the bottom 5 are the same with Florida dropping in and Oregon climbing out

Three teams did not have the ratio, but had a higher average than auburn: USC (89.34) North Carolina (89.07), and Florida State (88.49)

That’s interesting. Looks like the top 9 are playoff regulars and the two Texas teams. It also makes sense that the three lowest teams are probably the three worst on the list (although A&M should be there too).

Clemson doesn’t have the most blue chips but the ones they do sign are on the upper end of the spectrum While Florida and Oklahoma seem to be loading up on low 4 star players.

I guess when you finish 1st or 2nd every year it’s to be expected, but Bama sitting at a 90% BCR is literally insane.
