ESPN recently released its Top 25 Players Regardless of Class, and the 2029 Hurricanes commit checked in at No. 4 overall, putting him alongside some of the nation’s best prospects from every recruiting class.
At 6-foot-1, 195 pounds, Cypher has already built a national reputation with his arm talent, athleticism, and feel for the game.
