Very ugly.

Miami now falls to an average Points Scored of 25...the same level as Points Allowed.

After nine games this is the worst start of any Miami program in the last twenty five seasons.

Offensively, this is the third worst team in the last twenty five seasons, eclipsed only by the talent starved squads (that lacked wide receivers and quarterbacks) of 2006 and 2007.

Defensively, we're better than last year, but that is not much to crow about. The 2022 Canes are the fourth worst team of the last twenty five seasons. This is third time this season that Miami has given up 45 points. As poor as Manny's defenses were, they never gave up more than 44 points more than twice in a single season. Ditto with Al Golden.

We have a team that is likely to finish with historic lows on offense, and historic highs on defense. We're unlikely to score more than 20 more points this season.
