MEP Report and Recommendation due today

The Report and Recommendation is made by the Ad Hoc Committee of Attorney Admissions, Peer Review, and Attorney Grievance. The court does not need to act on the R&R immediately. The Administrative Order entered after the court makes its determination (after reviewing and considering the R&R) is what will be available to the public via the court's website. To put that time frame in perspective, the last time she was referred to the Committee, its R&R was due August 23, 2010. The administrative order that resulted from consideration of that R&R was not signed until November 13, 2010, and it was not filed with the clerk until November 16, 2010.

Can any lawyers give us an idea ('Chise)?

Nothing surprising or out of the ordinary. The wheels of justice (and the wheels of injustice) grind slowly, my friend. If there aren't a ton of delays in a case, then you should be surprised by that sort of alacrity.

Thanks for the heads up 'Chise.

As long as this fat ***** gets what is coming to her, the wheels of justice can grind like old people ****.
