Napier's ceiling is Jimbo Fisher not including the years he had Jameis Winston. He's an 8-10 win coach that won't be able to keep up with Kirby Smart in recruiting, schematics, motivation, etc.
He's probably a long-term program stabilizing coach that will be there 10+ years but never win anything of significance - similar to Richt at Georgia.
