In my opinion, he should look to change positions. Coming into Miami I thought he was going to be elite but for whatever reason it has not happened yet. He has flashes at times but too inconsistent and is not very good against the pass. I hope we play the Striker package as our base cause Derrick Smith plays exactly like you would want that position to be played.

I lobby for the:

DE: Patchan
DT: J.Jackson
NT: G.Willis
DE: Garvin

Joe Jackson could play fits from the NT position. He could put on another 5-10 pounds without losing speed (currently is 270). Having a player that big, strong, fast, and rangy play so close to the ball, they have the ability to squeeze a HB outside the hashes for other teammates to corral.

A man can dream! The speed...
