Maybe we have found a new OL line-up

Oh and I also posted Mahoney sucked balls weeks ago , and the ball lickers said “ but he graded out the best “.

Well guess who finally got yanked tonight?Mahoney. Because him getting man handled every other play is not good.

Rewatching the game today. Scaife played a lot at RT and some at LT. When they had him/St Louis at T and ND/Boulware at G we had success. However, too many times in the 2nd half they put ND at T and ran with either Mahoney or JJ at G. The OL lineup should be as posted by OP and only rotate in backups when starters need a breather but barring injuries there should never be a lineup with ND at T and Mahoney and JJ in at G.

The only problem I see with that lineup is having 55 and 78 on the same side of the field. Too unathletic to have them both on the same side, have to split them up. They have to keep working with 55 with getting his weight down to help him. He is too big

Does Scaife have the stamina to take the majority of the reps yet? I dont remember, was he an EE?

I disagree on Richt not wanting to play the freshman. He started ND and Thomas last year and is trying to get many of this years class in. Look at the TE's, Jordan is physically ready and playing every snap. Malory isn't. From Richt's comments hes dieing to get these young OL playing in games. He certainly doesnt want to get them hurt due to lack of S&C. IMO
