Not true. 5 for 5 is only mandatory for fall 2027 enrollees and beyond. Not retroactive. Anyone currently enrolled in college has the option to choose either path, old or new rules—whichever one gives them more eligibility.

So Moten cannot return next year however Mark Fletcher could; just as hypothetically speaking
