Not gonna lie I knew we we would drastically improve with him, but wasn't sure if we could win big. It wasn't until we smoked Pitt on the road in the cold til I realized that this team could really do something. This run is amazing.

He's born to lead. When I heard him on the postgame yelling at the random people to get off stage so that his players could have their moment with him. Then the way he spoke to his players and staff for the work they've done to get their and was making eye contact with them.

He's the type of person you want to run through a wall for because you know he's running with you.

Exactly. Had Phil Knight's Money at his disposal and a legit CFP roster and left it behind to take over Manny's Diaz's squad. Mario is a ******* stone cold killer.
 
I ripped Coach Cristobal on here after the letdowns against Louisville and SMU but ate my crow and apologized after the Pitt win and the way we won out the season. I let my emotions get the best of me, and a lot was justified, but it truly seems he has found his way completely and I absolutely love his energy and drive. Watching his interviews are absolutely incredible and you can 100% see his love and passion for his players and the University! Happy to have him!

I need to say how much better of an all around coach he is now. His clock management and bone headed decisions just aren’t there. It has been the discipline this last game and Dawson in the middle 4 that has been a killer. Props to Mario for improving
 
I've spent way more time blasting Mario than complimenting him when it comes to gamedays but he deserves a **** ton of credit. I'll gladly eat my words here.

Let's win this thing.
