Crazy to think all CMC went through this year man. Finally gets the job he has wanted his whole career, to come back home. Loses his mom all while trying to steer this absolute **** show of a program in the right direction. add how the season went which probably hurts him more than any other person in the program. Hes been through a **** ton in 1 year and I believe he will get this right.

I think this is missed by most people. When did he take time to grieve?? The guy has been running non-stop.
