Tears Mario Cristobal could learn a thing or two from Manny Diaz.

Manny sucked, but he managed to win 5 of his last 6 games last year. We might lose 5 straight this year.

Mario needs to hire the coordinators and then let them hire people they are comfortable working with that I would think made them successful enough to get this job.

Not hire all the coaches and then bring in a coordinator and tell him here ya go here’s who you got to work with not knowing if they even have the same philosophy as the guy that’s going to lead them has..
 
Holy fck.
We’re now at the stage where Mario needs to take lessons from our last fired coach who was terminated due to lack of performance.
We are screwed.

This i think really set the tone for the season and it was likely doomed before the first game was even played. In all of my years following football i dont think i've ever seen such a strange hiring process. How can you expect the players to buy in and execute if the staff are not on the same page and do not share similar philosophies because they weren't able to pick their guys? It's what likely cost Miami Jason Campbell. He 100% has to let the next coordinators hire who they choose. Not even Mirabal is safe. If the next OC wants to bring in his O-line coach then Mirabal can become Mario's senior executive assistant. This was an 8-9 win team with a more competent and cohesive staff.
