The Question

You think that just TALK, Bravado, Gimmicks, and putting on the headset makes for a New Miami?

IF you cannot properly prepare for a team in TWO weeks ....NOT ONCE but TWICE in a season when the other team with lesser talent has only has ONE week

Then you're just NOT a good head coach and your staff sucks

Manny's just not ready for prime time (yet?)......Reality is staring us in the face.....It's past to time to discuss whether correct staffing decisions were made...we are stuck with the contractual decisions.....we cannot fire & pay Manny AND get a proven New Coach

BUT it's not past time for some serious self assessment

Richt assessed himself and did the honorable thing for himself and Miami...you know when your time has past OR if you're simply not up to the task....Richt accepted that his time had past and placed the interests of the University BEFORE his own....we are forever grateful that he was an honorable man

It looks real bad from here,.....but only you know if its really in you or not

Manny the ball is in your court.....do the right thing for the University of Miami....you can still make us proud of you

We cannot continue as is.....recruiting has to pick up....the season still has to play out

A complete 180 is mandatory....accepting less than an ALL OUT effort in ALL phases of coaching and player effort for the rest of the season is no longer an option

We NEED someone who can get the best out of this team.....no more talk, ...no more promises....ONLY ACTION

Manny is not the most pressing problem, its the AD who lazily hired three straight subpar coaches, and a BOT that allowed him to do that.

Said another way, with his track record, do you really want Blake to being in charge of hiring the next coach?
