Get off the ship before you sink with it. Thanks to you and your adjustment, it wasn’t uglier. Your boss is doing you no favors right now. He’s actually making your job harder.

Diaz actually proved to me this season he is a talented young coach.

I think under a real HC and with a proper program in place he would flourish.

But he’s also good for a few really poor games a year where coaches pick him apart and its really deflating.
 
Give Manny a break on this one. Miami doesn't have the players to play elite all year. He needed the offense to pick the def up and again the offense failed.

The defense played good enough to win. They made adjustments in the second half and if it wasn't for Blowsier being Blowsier with his turnovers in the red zone would have held BC scoreless in the last 2 quarters.

The offense scored 14 points. 14 points. Like one and four.....can't win with that.
 
Manny did enough to keep Miami in the game. It was Richt, Rosier, the o line, and the drops by the WR’s that ****ed them per usual.
 
I'd hate to see Manny go. But strike while the iron's hot. It's year 3 and he overhauled this defense and it got better every single year under his watch. I think he's ready for a G5 HC position. Maybe down the road he could be the head man here (so long as he's success in his next spot).
 
Got schooled in the first half. I mean, BC had us spinning like tops. I thought 52 guys touched the ball on offense for BC in the first half. How many of Mannys stiffs will declare early this year? “Go get that paper!” Lol
