After being appointed head coach Manny had to gamble. He knew we had two talented quarterbacks that had been ineffective - both trained by the former quarterback coach. He figured he needed them to be leaders and he needed to figure out the best way to solve the quarterback position thus Enos. Unfortunately he had to take him as his offensive coordinator at the same time. Years in and around the team, players and sports announcers has taught me that you win and lose in the trenches – the weakest area of Miami was the offensive line.A great offensive line can make an average quarterback look decent or great but a weak offensive lime can make a great quarterback look miserable. Add to that our graduating defensive backfield who are now playing in the NFL and replace them with relative newbies. I Believe he would’ve been better off with a proven offensive coordinator bringing in a staff of his own but that was the gamble Manny took and we see the results.
Let’s see What steps are taken moving forward to improve the offense. By the way did I mention his defensive coordinator needed Manny’s help frequently?

Agreed on replacing Enos, but not to many OC would have done well with this OLine

Well, his gambling skills are just as bad as his coaching skills.

you forgot Strawley, the diversity hire.

That wasnt a joke, she was a diversity hire. Before people go nuts, diversity hires are not inherently bad, but the person at least needs to be qualified, which she wasnt.
