I cannot give up on the players that are here, busting their azzes and I cannot give up on the players that are coming here. They are giving it all at practice and in the games. They are trusting their future at UM to be a good one. Both on and off the field.
****, I am torn between being ****ed that CMR cannot see the issues that need fixed nor addressing them, not attending games or giving money to the U to expedite his departure and overall concern with where this program is headed AND wanting to support the kids we have and the kids that are coming to the U. Kids that love this place and want to be here and want us fans to cheer for them. It's not their fault.
I think all I can ask for is that these kids beat my expectations, whatever they may be. If I think they win 8 games next year, I hope they beat my expectations and win 9.
I hope the offense is a little better than this year. You get my point.

I guess what I am saying is, as much as I think this year sucked, our recruiting class sucked and as much as I think we may struggle the next year or two, I will still have to root for the guys that are here and support them. The MF'ers that did say, "Hey, l love the U and that is were I am going." Love those guys!

So what are your thoughts? Say fvck it and fvck CMR and abandon the team and players hoping Richt gets fired or sticking it out and supporting our team regardless of what CMR does and believe that he will be fired in the end?

Love my Canes, but a little torn at that moment. :chugger:

I think the vast majority here feel the same way. As much as I cannot stand Mark Dicht and his intramural level staff, I can't just turn off my love for this program. I want Dicht gone yesterday but once those kids hit the field in that uniform, it's just in my blood, my DNA to root for them. These players have nothing to do with our putrid administration, our cuck of an AD or that fake, vindictive, incompetent, narrow minded egomaniacal control freak and his entourage of locker jockeys. It's not the players fault. They are just unfortunate collateral damage in what has become the longest retirement party in history. Having said that if you were to tell me that a 4-8 season next year would ensure Dicht's as well as James's departure and a completely new start and direction for this program, I would take it in a second.
