He flinches. If you looked closely during replay broadcast you can see him flinch. But it is ever so slight and I would say in most circumstances not called or even noticed by the ref. I think the play where the UL offensive lineman baited us into an offsides was probably more egregious and that wasn't called.

Watch the umpire the flag comes after the play starts. Yet they said there was a whistle before the play. Manny needs an explanation from the ACC office on this one.

You can see Scaife rock backwards in that clip - albeit VERY slightly. Thats the first clip I've seen that I actually noticed it. But the fact that the refs can see that small of a movement but completely miss Phillips' jersey getting pulled in every direction all night long is absolutely egregious.

12 personal with both TE's split out wide. Use motion to determine what coverage they're in. Motion to a side to have trips as well. Endless possibilities with these 2 because they're super athletic for the position.
