Was it just me (and the booze) or was Mack all over Duke's nuts tonight. I swear it sounded like his kid plays there or something. ****ed me off listening

Actually thought he was a good color guy. Spikes last week was more entertaining, but Mack did well.
 
Well, I'd like to say I stopped drinking but F it. In other news, I'm taking my 16 year old to Georgia to pitch against a small college. Hopefully the hangover isn't to bad.
 
Never fails. No matter who calls our games there is thread complaining that announcers were anti UM.

Sorry to ruffle your feathers, that's why I asked if was just me. After people responded and said it was I moved on. Not sure why you had to make it a deal. Maybe you need a drink too.

In fairness, many times they are anti-UM, especially that 4 letter Disney associated network who begged the NCAA to shutter the Miami football Program during the Shapiro matter.
 
I was very impressed with him tonight. Good to see he's doing well and seems happy and does a great job.

Agree, everyone is the next JJ Watt by Mack. He has some decent insight now and then but not enough. How he has a job after the firings is crazy. Bottom line is he was rooting for Duke big time. It was obvious.

There was plenty of "super stars out there" , and Duke had multiple guys that " could play anywhere in America"

he was **** r*ding Cutcliffe guess thats his boy.

In 2 plays back to back he called 2 duke players super stars *a cb that a true freshman mike harley was cupid shuffling pass.

But i LOVE Takeo Spikes wish he can call all our games..and the closet cane fan that calls our games on espn (black guy, i forgot his name but he lives down here)

My favorite announcer still was the black guy that called the games on RAYCOM....yall remember him ..it maybe was 2-3 years ago..dude was HILARIOUS

They were. I don't care who it is they hated UM. Vilma even hates UM, he just doesn't know it yet. Sorry it's the truth.
 
I didn't care for Mack. During the 2nd quarter, he harped on how UM had committed some fatal error for not getting a first down during one series. Meanwhile, as Duke struggled to get only a field goal at that point, he practically crowned victors.
