Fickell was the one-year interim coach at OSU the season between Tressell and Meyer.
He lost to Al Golden.

He was also Co-DC from 2012-2016 under Urban at Ohio State. His interim tenure shouldn’t be a gauge either way. That season was a disaster from the jump with sanctions and Tressel’s dismissal.

Norvell is actually linked to the Arkansas Job. He would be great at Miami. He’s a cool, but stern guy,practices are very fast pace and he a good recruiter.
