I didn’t think so. Just wrote this in another thread.

Finally got to watch him today. He is talented but I’d pass on him. Bad accuracy and bad mechanics. Kind of kid that’ll knock someone off every year but only win 6 games. Like Green at Arkansas a few years ago.

Difference is green slowly progressed over 3-4 years but this kid would be expected to produce right away here. Can see him somewhere like S Carolina or miss state if he decides to transfer.

There just really are no guarantees in this game. He coached Cincy into the final 4, didnt take the ND job, and now, he'll probably be fired by the end of this season. There is no sure thing when it comes to coaching, so when you have some good coaches, you block the door and hold them hostage for as long as you can legally do so.
