LT Clears up rumors

Whatever the issues were with LT and the others, everything seems to have settled down for now. Hopefully they will all continue to get some snaps in games and earn more meaningful roles.

The schedule this season did no one any favors.

So it's possible that a freshman, even a 5-star, may not be ready to start at a Power 5 school? ****.
Who said he should start?
When did the common observation "he should be getting some snaps" become the strawman argument "he should start"?
Because the complaint was that he should be getting SOME playing not that he should start.

I love this young man. He is self aware and understand his shortcomings. The question for us, because of the underwhelming development of so many players, is whether LT will learn the plays and become as good as his physical skills would otherwise allow.
But how can you dislike a 5 star recruit who admits that he needs to improve? That humility in a high ranked recruit is a breath of fresh air. Good young man and clearly from a good family.
James Williams is the same. I’m sure LT sees his success and sees it can work. He probably also wishes he was here for the spring.

I’m a troll, right? Clown **** from you, as ususl.

No one expects a true freshman to be ready to start 2 months into his career. If he’s not ready then he’s not ready That’s not my issue. However, if the kid is being lied to then that’s an entirely different issue. I have a problem with that! He isn’t going to write that in the blog. There is a division in the locker room, particularly from the older and younger guys for a reason.
The slurpers are 0 for like 6,000 yet they still act like they know what they're talking about.

most people said he should see snaps. some people said he should play them all bc hes better than the guys in front of him (as a talent yes, right now, no). either way, he should be seeing snaps

I'm a big LT fan but if anyone watched that game and thought he deserved to play over others is just being biased.
He flashed and looked great in moments but he also stood straight up a few times, looked indecisive at times.
I think in select spots he should play and just go but he also was the same one that was in the wrong gap and corrected by the linebacker and then he looped to stunt alone on the same play.
He's still learning. Should he play, yes but it absolutely needs to be in moments like 3rd and long where he can use his speed
