Most disappointing part is if you watch richt post game presser he has no fire or sense of emotions about losing. When asked about the onside kick doesn’t admit wrong or fu*k up just try to justify it, that’s al golden 101. And then he mentioned how coaches get together during offseason and all they preach is LOYALTY. It’s discouraging he puts nothing on the staff and won’t have the balls to can anyone let alone himself. He recruits with the elite but his stubbornness especially to staff is what I think will hold us back from being an overall elite team.

His last 5 years at Georgia was brutal guy was burned out and not interested at all..now I'm getting that same vibe from Mark Ferentz.
Hope Blake james grows a pair but I seriously doubt it.

How does he recruit elite? Golden out recruited him he has missed on every 5 star he’s tried

This years class is not elite except for a handful of players. You can be sure Bama will be telling Neal look at the development of that offensive line after 3 years.
