IF we hire a competent oc.
Just think if richt went 9 and 3 this year there is no way he hires an oc. Now it would take a miracle to even be 8 and 4. The pressure wouldn't be enough even at 8 and 4.
At this point it's all we got left so let's hope he isn't hard headed.
