As the Canes & Mario look to continue to build the program and take us to more national titles we have strong depth and recruiting at most positions, especially defensive end, but Linebacker doesn't seem to have the proven depth, only on paper. Raul Aguirre & Malik Bryant came in together, same build at 6'2/240, but Bryant moved to DE where his length and size isn't ideal especially given the talent on roster. I imagine Bryant as a LB in a 3-4 defense, but would it make sense to shift him back to LB for next year?
Aguirre is a lock & bonner seems likely. Kellen wiley has excellent frame, had to add some size but the staff seems high on him, but again no proven production. We lost Adarius hayes for obvious reasons & cam pruitt seems undersized, more of a strong safety
Could Bryant make the shift back & does it make sense?
