At the end of the season, Lincoln Reilly takes the Cowboys job.

We stick it out with Diaz for 2 more years (yes, I know this part sucks.) In 2021, we get blown out by Bama and that’s the kiss of death.

Reilly, for whatever reason, doesn’t get the job done with the Cowboys. After an abysmal year 2, he gets canned.

We fire Flake James and hire a new AD that’s actually committed to success on the football field.

That AD offers Reilly whatever he wants.

I mean hey....one can dream, right?

That’s a whole lot of “what if’s” that I simply don’t /won’t have the time to wait for. Either Manny makes major changes or both him and Blake James gets canned this year. Anything else is simply unacceptable.
 
What if Riley wins then who gets hired. Better have a back up plan. Rumor is now Urban would listen if the cowboys fire Garrett.

I feel ya man, but we all know Diaz is going to get at least 2 years. That’s how our ****** school rolls.
 
This is what we've been reduced to. Stacking hypotheticals to maybe have some hope for the 2022 season.
