The DT's as a group have shown more progression vs the D ends so either JT is actually coaching them all and it's an anomaly or Joe is the developer and JT the recruiter.

Joe’s a Mario loyalist and is probably his eyes and ears on the defensive side of the ball similar to Mirabel on other side. Granted, Mirabel is considered one of the best OL coaches in the country but nonetheless, having a trusted confidant on both sides keeps Mario in the loop.
