Canes did not make Tyler Atkinson’s Top 10

When his offer came out, they had him as an ATH so I guessed and put him in the DE/Edge board. However, 247 now has him as a 5* LB, so I've moved him to the LB table. He doesn't initially appear to be interested in the Canes. However, if Mario believes he could be a key recruit, he'll double down on the effort. We've had numerous recruits kick us to the curb and not list us in the Top 10 only to list us in the final 3 or final 5.
