Yeah, or he wasn't happy only being offered the WR position. I'm going to side with that one rather than ol Larry having some big picture conflict with Mark Richt. A guy that still spouts Golden's company lines isn't going to venture into philosophical disagreement territory with a real head coach.

If he was only offered WR position and no raise/extra title "associate head coach" then I can see him getting his panties in a bunch watching the "younger" "greener" Thomas Brown getting Co-OC title and SEC money.

On TOS they said he took less money than what Richt offered to go to UT...sounds like he didnt like something going on here...or maybe felt he should have gotten a CO-OC postion...
