so the players on the field, no matter how far away can see his signals. Some coaches use gloves, some will have the guy that signaling the plays, wear a bright fluorescent color cap for the same reason.

Substitution penatlies happen against hurry up offenses. I'll give you not getting lined up. That goes back to being tired. (why the DL got pushed around, which I somewhat disagree)
